You must be 18 years of age for an individual account. Not 18? Then you can still open a joint account with a parent or guardian.

You will need to provide the following information:

• Full Name
• Date of Birth
• Social Security Number
• Home Address
• Phone Number

You will also need to provide 2 Forms of ID. Examples include but are not limited to:

• Driver’s License or Government ID
• Military ID Card
• Passport
• Social Security Card
• Student ID

You can report your card lost or stolen in your TCB Now app or by logging into your digital banking account. Just click on your account, scroll down, and click on “Card Management.” Follow the prompts on the screen to report your card stolen or lost.

If we detect suspicious or potentially fraudulent transactions on your debit card, we will do the following:

1. Contact you via text message.
2. Contact you via email (if your email is on file with us).
3. Contact you via home phone call (if your home phone number is on file with us).

Please be sure your updated contact information is on file with us.
Please note- if you do not respond, your card will be locked for your safety to prevent fraudulent activity from occurring.

If you suspect fraud on your account, contact us immediately by calling (270) 465-4196.

Yes. Each individual customer's account is insured by the FDIC. The current standard maximum deposit insurance amount (SMDIA) is $250,000. The FDIC insurance coverage limit applies per depositor, per insured depository institution for each account ownership category.
